A conversion and renovation of a typical 19th century terrace house in East London for a German Regional Arts Foundation the Hessische Kulturstiftung, provides both studio and residential accommodation for visiting artists. The brief also included the commission to design a zero maintenance garden which has been interpreted in a minimalist fashion.
