The rebuilding on both new previous foundations of a large family house with both inside and outside swimming pools for all year use and enjoyment. The previous 1960’s house once owned by a prominent British Racing Driver and designed for lavish parties, was demolished and rebuilt using a Structural Insulated Panel System and clad in cedar boarding, with a dark grey patinated metal seam roof. The site is the whole of a peninsular with dock in Emsworth. Large areas of glazing look out over Chichester Harbour, on the south and west facades, creating brightly lit interiors, with profiled ceilings on both ground and first floors.
