This hotel is part of a mixed use development which suggests to revitalise and redevelop the famous Bermondsey Antique Market in South London.  Other elements of the scheme include a light, textile roof cover for the market and live/work units for local artists.  All the signage, lighting and public art objects were developed by the sculptor Ron Haselden. The proposal encourages the reestablishment of ownership of community space for its residents.
