Former government offices were refurbished to provide live/work spaces on the lower floors, a roof level extension for 4 additional residential units. The simple spaces were purchased individually and one unit converted for a travel guide who worked from home when not personally guiding trips over the entire globe. The library and Japanese aesthetic were client requirements.
