Principles of simple building and value for money have been foremost concerns in the design and construction of Barley Shotts Business Park for North Kensington City Challenge. Special government funds have been used to create small and medium sized units for local businesses in the City Challenge area of North Kensington. Flexibility and simplicity was the key to providing space at affordable rents. Our office was in Units 1 and 2.
