A social Housing scheme in Notting Hill Gate for a local housing association, containing 8 No 2 person flats and 4no 4 person maisonettes, with on site car parking for 7 cars. Designed to resemble the traditional mews housing prevalent in the area. The terne coats stainless steel roofs with Okalux roof glazing are profiled to conform to the day lighting requirements of the neighbouring houses, onto which the mews backs. The three and two storey scheme accommodates disabled wheelchair access provision for the ground floor units on the south side. Ground level porches provide balconies for the upper maisonettes.
