We looked at the development potential for this site both in the context of the B1 building typology, and in the context of this part of London. Thus the opportunity to provide the maximum floor area within a flexible open plan building with potential for variety of users on each floor together with a minimum of serviced area has been fully explored. Landscaping improvements have been suggested as part of the overall strategy.
